I am a professional Disc Jockey, Karaoke Jockey and Sound Engineer and have been providing entertainment and keeping people dancing for years.  I live in Gwinnett County, and know what gets Atlantan's up and dancing.  As your Entertainer, Master of Ceremonies, Disc Jockey and sound and lighting systems specialist, I can provide entertainment and equipment for your party, corporate event, casino night, reunion, or get-together for groups ranging from 25 to hundreds, even thousands of people.

Choosing a Master of Ceremonies and DJ Entertainer is an important decision, whether you are a bride, an employer or a middle school principle.   When selecting an entertainer, ask them these important 10 questions.  I will always consider the audience when selecting music, and will play appropriate music for the age group present.  I have music from the Top 40, Contemporary Christian, Hip-Hop, Classics, Country, Dance and Jazz genres, along with lots of background and standards music.  And I will do my best to accommodate any special music that you request using  our planning form and play list selection.  The play lists include 'MUST' play, 'may' play and 'do not' play lists.  The planning form and play lists can all be developed as your time permits, before the event, and is entered using our client login area (top right of each page on this site) and available 24/7 for your convenience.

What makes me as 'The Sound Guy' stand out?  I love music.  I love getting out and having a good time and helping others to enjoy themselves.  I have years of experience in providing DJ services to my customers, reading the guests to see what makes them get up and dance, and then playing that type of music.  I make sure that everyone is up and dancing, enjoying themselves and the party.

I use both CD's and a specialized DJ computer to play the music for your event.  This provides ultimate variety, and the ability to play CD's provided by the client or other guests.  With the computer, songs are found immediately, as all songs are searchable and can be found either by artist or title.  This allows us to spend our time paying attention to your (and your guests) needs.

Our rates are competitive, and we will work to make your event both fun and memorable.  Use the availability checker to see if I'm open on the date you want.  Then call or send an email to reserve the date.  The date is not guaranteed until receipt of the reservation fee and signed agreement.

Be sure that your entertainer is insured to protect you and your guests.  The Sound Guy maintains liability insurance to protect both you and me in case of any accident or injury.
